*Conditions for Return
1. The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

*Exchange or Refund
We offer two options for returns:
1. Exchange: If the product is not fitted on your bike as expected, we are happy to exchange it for a suitable alternative (subject to availability).
2. Refund: If an exchange is not feasible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method upon receiving the returned item.

*How to Initiate a Return


Please contact our customer service team at  to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details of the issue, along with clear photos and videos demonstrating that the product does not fit your bike.

*Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

*Exceptions
Please note that customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
